First Family :)

When I posted a preview of this beautiful family on Facebook, I mentioned that they were one of my very first clients. They came to me in the late Fall of 2008, Jennifer was pregnant....I remember being so nervous but yet excited. After their shoot I was hooked...I LOVED what I got of them that day and those photos are still some of my favorite. Now here they are about 3 1/2 years later. I adore them, I adore that they have stuck with me from the beginning....that they send me their friends and family. They are just great people! And they have one of the most beautiful little boys!

I love this, I love how their expressions are exactly the same. I have always thought he looked like his Momma....but he is the exact clone of his Dad here :)

Awesome, awesome morning with you guys!
These are some of my all time favorite of you guys...you are such
a beautiful family! Thank you for your continued business :)
Happy Birthday Hudson!

My Girls

My Girls...My Heart
One of the things I vowed I would do more of this year is take more pictures of my girls. I originally wanted to do something once a month....well these were taken on April 1st. Baby steps, baby steps.

It was very last minute, after having two AMAZING client shoots last weekend I felt I had to get my own girls out there. I didn't coordinate outfits, I am not really sure what my youngest is wearing. Maybe a swimsuit cover-up?? I also noticed after we got to our spot that she had on fur lined crocs that have been hidden in the back of a closet for 3 years. Oh well, that is her to a T. And I want to capture my girls as they are.

The lumps in Riley's dress (or swimsuit cover-up) yea, she decided to bring about 10 pieces of candy with her....via the front of her dress. It looks like she has some weird growths ;)

Oh how I LOVE these children!!

Love the Angry Birds band-aide on Riley's knee. Are my kids the only ones who make up boo-boo's just so they can wear the cool band-aide's I just bought??

I told the girls to come stand near this field of tall grass....Riley took off running in it full speed. Can anyone guess who my wild child is??? I was cringing thinking she is either gonna step on a snake or come back full of ticks. She came back in one piece :)

Yep, I am posting blurry out of focus picture...but I love it. And Hey! If Tara Whitney ( www.tarawhitney.com   ) can do it so can I right :) By the way her work is amazing!

I could spend hours telling you why my girls are so awesome!
But they just are...and I am damn lucky to be their momma!!

Springtime Fun!

I love when I get a chance to meet and photograph new families. This was a "new" family for me and they were completely awesome :) Hopefully I will get to see more of them in the future.
They have a sweet little gal who is the quite adored by her mommy and daddy. She LOVES having her picture taken, but from how it sounds...mom and dad have quite the photo collection of her. Gotta love that :)

She is quite the girly girl, I learned she does not like bugs but she loves Hello Kitty (sounds like my kind of girl). She is quite excited for her big birthday party and turning 5. :)

I really enjoyed my time with your sweet family! Hope the birthday party
is perfect and pink and full of Hello Kitty :)
Hope to see you again!

Quincy - Class of 2012

Here is another handsome Pattonville Senior. I am loving all these Pattonville boys :) They are all so nice, polite and easy to work with.

Quincy is the son/step-son of one of my favorite couples. I shot his Dad Jim and Connie's Wedding last February. I loved that I got to explore some of the back roads of Maryland Heights with them, we had so much fun! Jim (Quincy's Dad) is a Pattonville Fire Fighter, so he was our personal escort :)

I love this one of Quincy with his Dad's truck. He plans on following in his Dad's footsteps and I know he will be very successful and a brave and strong Firefighter.

Connie, Jim and Quincy,
I loved that you asked me to take these for you guys. I have the best
time with Senior shoots...and Quincy was a complete gentleman. I LOVE what we got of you Quincy.
Your ease in front of the camera really made you a star :)
I wish you the best of luck, your going to have an amazing future!!
