Class of 2010

I love Senior sessions! Colleen and I had a great time exploring down town St. Charles. I had a blast and I know (hope) Colleen did too. And that is what Senior pictures should be about...having fun, capturing those moments of what the "Senior" is really like. Colleen is such a beauty...I mean, get a load of those eyes! But she is also super sweet, funny and a star athlete too. She is a proud 2010 Fort Zumwalt West Senior. She plays soccer for FZW and they won the State Championship...way to go girls!! I love that we got to incorporate her medal in some of the pictures. She is super excited to go off to college next year and I know she has a very bright future!
Now onto the gorgeous pics.....

This is Colleen jumping for joy that the end of the year is almost here! Have a great summer and good luck next year! I know your going to do great!

Caleb turns 4!!

Mr.Caleb's 4th birthday pics were originally scheduled for Purina Farms...but that didn't go as planned. This session at Susson Park more than made up for it. It was all about Caleb...running, jumping, fishing...getting stalked by crazy geese ;) He is just the cutest...and looks like a little Gap model. Thanks for bringing him back out Dawn...I LOVE how these turned out. Four is a great age...and it makes me happy to have captured him at this age and stage that is going to pass in a blink of an eye.

Can't wait to see you guys again! You know your one of my all time fav. families ;)

Jake & Jess Engagement - Part 1

Jake & Jess....even their names sound cute together :) This adorable couple spent a Sunday morning with me roaming the streets of downtown St. Louis....we started at the super cool City Garden. I tell you what...they know how to work the camera. They were so awesome...doing all those crazy poses without even blinking an eye. Jess was climbing up on everything in her cute heels. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how this session turned out. You guys are the best!
I am splitting their sessions into 2 parts...enjoy part one below.

Check back soon for Part 2...and some Cardinal spirit!

A Glimpse of What's To Come.....

My weekend was full with beautiful people...the ones you see below. I had to post a little sneaky peeky because I am doing flips out of my chair while I edit these I am so flippin' in love with them. I think my family is sick of hearing me say "OH MY GOSH" every ten minutes. I LOVE my clients and how their beauty brings out my creativity. You guys ROCK and inspire me with every single session..every single one of you!
Stay tuned for full posts on each of these sessions...engagement, 2010 Senior and a beautiful First Communion girl :)

Total Sweetness....

Pure sweetness...that is what this little baby doll was! Mom and Dad told me that Evelynne is happy from the moment she wakes up to the time she goes to bed and after spending my Sunday morning with them I believe it. She was a pure joy to photograph and she loved having her pictures taken. Little miss Evelynne was originally supposed to step in front of my camera last Fall. But after a 5 day hospital stay for me...it got pushed back until this Spring. And as much as I hated to reschedule...I am so glad we did. Everything was perfect from the adorable family...and how head over heels they are for their little girl...to the amazing park we spent the morning at. Holla out to Bee Tree park...amazing!

So crazy about every single image from this session...but if I had to pick a fav..it is the second on down. Precious!

Thank you guys for spending for spending your Sunday morning with me! I say we do it again soon...1st birthday?? hint hint :)

Future Heartbreaker

This little guy is so adorable and I had so much fun on our little photo shoot. He was really serious about this picture stuff and had us working to get those gorgeous smiles. His big beautiful eyes melt my heart :)

Lauren and Dan (mom and dad) were so nice, I felt like I was hanging out with friends and I just happen to have a big fancy camera hanging around my neck. ha!

Will looked so awesome in green (the hot color this year) and I LOVE his little tie.

I had the hardest time picking what to put on the blog because I loved them all so much. Will is such a photogenic little guy.
Lauren and Dan thank you for having me out to your home and for being so welcoming. You have a darling family and I hope to get to see you guys again!

I Love that she Loves.........

My sweet Emily LOVES Charlotte's Web...like reads it all the time, has read it multiple times LOVES IT. And what I love about this is that the Charlotte's Web she is reading used to be mine (that is my beautiful 3rd grade signature gracing the inside cover). I used to also love Charlotte's Web and it is one of the few childhood books I held on to. It makes my heart go "pitter patter" when I see my sweet girl reading the escapades of Charlotte and Wilbur. I love her so! Happy reading my Emme girl!
